Lawyer Nicola Bergamini
The lawyer Nicola Bergamini was born in Rovigo on April 10, 1987. He got the high school diploma at the Second Level College of Science Paloecapa of Rovigo in the 2006, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Law at the University of Ferrara in the 2011, with a dissertation on Industrial Law (mentor Prof. D. Sarti), entitled Intellectual property and subordinate work.
Immediately after having obtained the Degree, he started the internship in the law firm of the lawyer Anna Osti (a popular criminal defense lawyer in Veneto), where he got a solid educational foundation in criminal law. Indeed, during the internship he took part to many significant criminal trials at a local level.
In the 2012 he joined the special register of apprentice lawyers authorised to represent (utter barristers) of the Rovigo Court.
In the 2013 he successfully passed the final exam of the Course of criminal defense lawyer’s vocational education and professional ethics, organized by the criminal lawyer association of Padua (Criminal Chamber), Francesco de Castello.
In the 2014, after having received the professional qualification at the Court of Appeal of Venice, he was admitted to the bar of the Rovigo Court.
Nicola Bergamini continuously improves his competences in criminal law, taking part to numerous conferences and seminaries in northern Italy.
