• Address (residence or domicile);
• Phone number;
• Copy of a valid identity document and fiscal code in PDF format (or the data from the documents);

We will not consider any request without the applicant’s personal data. These data will be used only to fulfil the professional mandate and invoicing, in compliance with the warranties laid down by the privacy law (Legislative Decree June 30, 2003, N. 196).

In our estimate we will specify the cost and the methods of payment.

Our legal advice will be sent within 3 working days after having received payment confirmation.

If the question needs a deeper study, the time required to formulate our legal advice may lengthen, depending on the complexity of the topic.

When we receive the payment, we will issue a regular invoice, which will be sent to the Client by e-mail.

Therefore, the non-payment after You have received our free estimate is equivalent to a renunciation.
